treading water and rotary breathing.
This class will work on stroke improvement and endurance so participants can swim laps at their own pace.

Oh baby! Enjoy exercise and wellness in the pool for new moms and moms to be. The focus is on upper and lower abdominal exercises as well as the upper body. Strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, stretch and enjoy moderate cardio all under the watchful direction of a certified instructor. This is a great class that helps you feel good before and after pregnancy. It's a great social environment too!
Medical clearance required.

Looking for a more challenging water exercise class? This is water aerobics program using vigorous movements in deep water guaranteed
to give you a workout without the impact of land exercise. Participants need
to be able to swim and feel comfortable in deep water. Class size limited
to 15 people. Belts are required and provided. Your own water shoes must be worn.
Class is free with membership.

This Arthritis Foundation designed class will be taught by an experienced
Aqua size instructor specializing in techniques and movements performed in
the water that are specifically designed to increase range of motion of muscles
and give greater strength and flexibility to the participants. Water shoes are required. Non-member fee applies.

This class will be a combination of cardiovascular
and strength training intervals in the shallow water. This is a great way

Six-week program is for those who need individual attention in the water. Instructor works one on one with the student to gain confidence in the water and perfect their stroke. To register, fill out a wait-list form. List several days and times when the student is available.Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee the days and times requested. Approval is given by the Aquatics Manager.
