A camp registration/membership fee of $65 is required for all campers.

Early registration discount. Pay in full by April 30 and receive a $5 discount for 3 days and $8 for 4 days per week.

Note: You must indicate the 3 or 4 days the camper will be attending camp on the registration form and attend camp on those days. Due to our staffing considerations, campers cannot switch days.

Payment information
Prior to May 1:

50% deposit of camp fees are required at time of registration. You must pay the remaining 50% before May 1 to  obtain early discount.

As of May 1, 100% of bill is due. The early discount is no longer available.
Note- all other fees are due in full when you register (t-shirt, lunch, registration fee etc.).

Limited financial aid is available to those who qualify.
Complete financial aid forms must be submitted by April 15.

Camp Refund due to job loss - 
We understand how unstable the work force is right now. We want parents/guardians to feel comfortable registering their child for camp without having to worry about asking for a refund if their job is terminated.

Job Loss Refund Policy
In order to obtain a refund of future paid weeks of camp we would need the following:

• Proof of job loss required- letter of termination on official employment letterhead or other acceptable documentation  
• Refund valid for parent or guardian of camper only- unless proof  of payment for non-guardian child.  
• Refund will be given for complete weeks.  
• Child (children) will not be allowed to remain in camp for weeks refunds have been given.
• Child (children) may return to camp at anytime if space allows. Full payment is required.
• We have the right to alter this policy without written notice.
