We have a special group of people that participate in our classes. From early
in the morning to about 2:00 pm in the afternoon our center is filled with
people that want to stay fit, socialize and enjoy life!
Senior Scoop
Join us for our monthly Senior Pot Luck Luncheons. Speakers, prizes, socializing oar on the menu. Bring your favorite dish and try new ones. Guests welcome. Watch the bulletin boards for meeting dates.
