Geared for the serious athlete, performance training includes
everything you would expect and more. Our trainers will get you to the next level with dynamic flexibility, hypertrophy training, core and pillar training and assisted static flexibility. Come to the Y where are rates are reasonable and the results exceptional.
1 hour per session. Available in 30 minute increments.
Personal training packages expire one year from date of purchase.

Our trainers are qualified to help young athletes acheive the goal of being stronger, quicker and more flexible.
Careful attention is paid to training the growing, developing athlete. Training young adults has been the cornerstone of the YMCA since it's inception. Youth personal training is also excellent for those seeking physical activity to keep healthy.
