  • Membership and joiner’s fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • Parent must give four weeks' notice when withdrawing a child from day care and after-school care programs.
  • The returned check fee is $25.
  • Membership and program adjustments fee (more than once a year) are $15.
  • The lost membership card fee is $5.
