Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Full program fees will be refunded to those individuals who have paid for a class that has been canceled by the YMCA.
   
2. A credit, less a $10 processing charge, will be given only if written notification of a member's intention to drop a class is received prior to the second week of that class. No credit will be given after the second week of classes.
