Early Morning Boot Camp
Come for your reason - a wedding, reunion, you're just ready to get in shape again. Do this for you. Military type boot camp with our certified trainers. Work out early, feel good all day.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:15 - 7:15 am
Sessions are 6 weeks, 12 classes.

30 Day Personal Training Special
Are you ready ? Do you have a special occasion where you want to look your best? Do you just want some help and direction as you get back into shape? This is the program for you!
You will meet with your certified personal trainer 2 times per week,
for 30 minutes during the 30 days for a maximum total of 8 30 minute PT sessions.
Special begins Feb. 1 and ends March 2.
$180 includes all personal training sessions.
All packages must be purchased by Jan. 25 and all sessions completed by March 2 which
is the expiration date of all personal training sessions.
Circuit Training
Pressed for time? This fast paced class gives a total-body workout in 45 minutes. Basic and advanced strength training exercises are blended with exciting agility and balance exercises to optimize your time in the gym without putting too much stress on the joints.
This class is held in "The Circuit" and instructed by Certified Personal Trainers. If you like to have someone motivate you, like a variety and want an efficient workout, this is the class for you.
Fee: $50.00
Choose your day. You may register for more than one day. You must register in person.

Ballet
For over 50 years, NJ School of Ballet has provided top quality instruction for thousands of students. Classes are held at the Y in our beautiful ballet studio complete with proper flooring, mirrors and ballet bars.

Martial Arts for Adults
Tae Kwon Do
A fast and powerful style of traditional martial art which focuses on individual accomplishments and fosters control and discipline in a friendly atmosphere. It's non-contact philosophy and inclusive approach is conducive to blending a variety of skill levels and ages. Teens, 16+, and Adults. Ages 13+ with experience.

Co-ed Volleyball and Dodge ball
Jersey Club Sports runs and organizes both these co-ed leagues at the Y.
Join fun loving, sports minded people for great games that anyone can play.
The fun usually continues at a local pub.
YMCA membership not required.

Indoor 6 vs 6 Soccer League with referees and scorekeeper.
2 twenty minute halves. Compete for the Y World Cup.

There are so many options out there to help you live
a fuller, healthier life. We’re committed to help you
learn more about your options, where you are now,
and what your next step is toward total fitness. Over
the course of five sessions, a certified fitness
professional will take the time to learn more about
you and what the Y can do to help you achieve your
goals. What will you accomplish in this session? Your
way around the Y’s fitness facility, and a program that
is geared towards your needs. Learn how the machines
work, what classes are right for you and what’s the best
way to get where you want to be.

Running program
Perfect for those training for their first 5K or improve a 10K or train for half/full or ultra marathon. Joe King, a certified running coach is comfortable with all levels and will design a customized training program just for you.
Offered by appointment. Ages 16+
$60 per hour session.

Healthy Heart allows members to take ownership of their health and fitness while working to achieve these benefits: Reduced cholesterol, Increased Cardio Function, Increased Bone Density, and Increased Flexibility

The joiner’s fee will be waived.
Fee - $75 for 3 month program.
Program meets Wed and Fri 12:00 - 1:30 pm
Programs serve as the next step after completing Phase 3 & RIMM program.

What is the BWBL? It's a 6 week program to help you get where you want to be in terms of weight and fitness. And we are there for you every step of the way. This is a manageable, doable program that will get you moving to or achieving your goal, one week at a time.
Do it for you.
You will receive 10 1hour sessions of personal training, set up by you to fit your schedule with one of our certified trainers. They will help you use the right machines, weights and exercises to achieve your goal. And did we mention we have the best trainers in Morris County?
There will be weekly fitness classes held just for the BWBL group. You'll be surprised at the classes you will enjoy, which you may never have tried if it weren't for this program.
Finally, because we know diet and exercise go together, you will have group sessions with a nutritionist.
