Jersey Club Sports runs and organizes both these co-ed leagues at the Y.
Join fun loving, sports minded people for great games that anyone can play.
The fun usually continues at a local pub.

What is the BWBL? It's a 6 week program to help you get where you want to be in terms of weight and fitness. And we are there for you every step of the way.
You will receive 10 1hour sessions of personal training, set up by you to fit your schedule with one of our certified trainers. They will help you use the right machines, weights and exercises to achieve your goal. And did we mention we have the best trainers in Morris County?
There will be weekly fitness classes held just for the BWBL group. You'll be surprised at the classes you will enjoy, which you may never have tried if it weren't for this program.
Finally, because we know diet and exercise go together, you will have group sessions with a nutritionist.

Circuit Training
Pressed for time? This fast paced class gives a total-body workout in 45 minutes. Basic and advanced strength training exercises are blended with exciting agility and balance exercises to optimize your time in the gym without putting too much stress on the joints.
This class is held in "The Circuit" and instructed by Certified Personal Trainers. If you like 30-minute gyms, you’ll love this class. It’s classic.

30 Day Challenge
Are you getting ready for a special occasion where you want to look your best? Register for 'THE Challenge'. Meet with your M.C. YMCA certified personal trainer at least 2 times per week, maximum 3 times per week for an hour during the month of the challenge.
Challenge begins Oct 1 and ends Oct 30.
$400 10-one hour personal training sessions for one month.
All packages must be purchased by September 25 and all sessions completed by Oct. 30 which is the expiration date of all PT sessions and challenge.

Running program
Perfect for those training for their first 5K or improve a 10K or train for half/full or ultra marathon. Joe King, a certified running coach is comfortable with all levels and will design a customized training program just for you.

Then THIS is the competition for you!
The Fittest, Fastest, Strongest DRY-athalon (no water) combines the following formula to determine the FFS winner.
- 5k run on the treadmill,
- 12-mile ride on a stationary bike,
- Bench press a percentage of your
weight for repetitions. We’ll use a percentage
of your body weight so everyone’s on a level playing field,
regardless of your size. (1/2 for men) (1/3 for women)
It’s all in the fitness center at a time that’s convenient for you.
Just like the triathlons, we’ve got age groups, weight classes,
trophies and T-shirt's. And get your name and photo on the Y Wall of Fame! All while helping our Strong Kids Campaign.

Healthy Heart allows members to take ownership of their health and fitness while working to achieve these benefits: Reduced cholesterol, Increased Cardio Function, Increased Bone Density, and Increased Flexibility
All Healthy Heart program participants are required to become members of the Morris Center YMCA. Please call Kelly (fitness center, x28) for details. The joiner’s fee will be waived.
Fee - $75 for 3 month program.
Program meets Wed and Fri 12:00 - 1:30 pm
Programs serve as the next step after completing Phase 3 & RIMM program.
