All classes are:
- Free with membership (unless otherwise noted)
- Co-ed
- Need to have a minimum of 5 participants for schedule to continue
- For ages 16+
Note: Tues Belly dancing at 4:30-5:30 pm and the Wed. Step Challenge 4:45-5:30
are for ages 12 -Adult. Ages 12-15 MUST be accompanied by adult to take either of these classes.
We switch up our classes during the year. Check the schedule to see what we are currently offering.
Instructors are subject to change.
All new members are encouraged to participate in an initial fitness orientation. Please register at the Member Service desk for an orientation. A certified personal trainer will introduce you to the fitness center, including an overview of the equipment. Proper weight selection and settings are included in the orientation. A staff of certified personal trainers are available for individual and group personal training.
