Rates:
1 hour per session. Available in 30 minute increments.
Personal training packages expire one year from date of purchase.

Jump Start
Are you just starting or returning to working out but personal training isn't quite for you?
Try our Jump Start package. You will receive 5 thirty minute sessions with one of our certified trainers. You will learn equipment to use, different exercises, how to properly use the weights and other apparatus in the facility. This is a very affordable way to get yourself going again.
Five 30 minute sessions $140

High School & College Personal Training

On The Run

If you are looking to start a healthy lifestyle; run your first 5K; improve on a10K performance; or train for a half/full or ultra marathon, Joe King can help you to achieve that goal safely and effectively.
He is a certified running coach that has 20 years of international marketing and business experience but has recently followed his true passion of running to work with other like-minded athletes. Joe is comfortable working with runners of all levels.
Program is for beginner to elite runners and each person will have a customized training program depending on their level.
