Our programs are designed for all ages and every level of fitness. Every fitness, swim instructor and lifeguard is certified. If you like to work out on your own, we have plenty of equipment, a track, and pool to satisfy your fitness goals. If you are just starting out, or looking to enhance your workout, try one of our 90+ free fitness classes. We offer everything from arthritis exercise to Zumba, yoga, spin, kickboxing, water aerobics, step, weight training and more.  Competition is strong with our men's winter basketball league and soccer league or try pick-up basketball games Mon-Fri at noon.

Our children’s programs offer something for ages 6 months through teens. We have thought thousands of children the life long skill of swimming through our swim lessons. We also have Mommie and Me, and toddler classes for kids who want to be on the go, or ballet dance, or run or socialize or do it all. Our Youth Basketball program has your future NBA’er playing from Dec – March for ages 4 – 13. Our 6 week indoor children's soccer league starts in late winter and is perfect for getting ready for summer soccer.
