Our trainers are qualified to help young athletes achieve the goal of being stronger, quicker and more flexible.
Careful attention is paid to training the growing, developing athlete. Training young adults has been the cornerstone of the YMCA since its inception. Youth personal training is also excellent for those seeking physical activity to keep healthy.
Ages 14-22
1 Session $40
5 Sessions $140
10 Sessions $260
20 Sessions $480
Group Rates (max 3 in group)
Get 2 friends or teammates and train together. The cost is per group which
means you split it 3 ways. 2 in a group would split it in half.
Affordable personal training, with certified personal trainers.

1 hour sessions can be split into 2 30 minute sessions. Inquire at the front desk for details.

Boys or Girls Basketball Training
Are you looking to take your game to the next level?
Chris Martinez and Sue Murray have a wealth of basketball experience.
Chris was a high school freshman all-american and went on to play college basketball.
He has coached middle school and high school boys basketball teams
Sue played 4 years at Seton Hall University and 2 years pro over seas. She is the coach of the Kent Place girls basketball team.
Improve your defense, foot work, rebounding, offensive moves, shot techniques and the little things that add up. Become a great player this year.
Ages 11-22*
*boys ages 7-11 can be evaluated for skill level and mental readiness for boys basketball training.
Girls must be at least 11
Fees:
$50 per hour
$75 per hour group rate
