Youth Basketball Association Our philosophy at the Y is that players need to develop their skills, love for the game, have fun and exercise. We know that happens by playing. We believe that no on learns by sitting on the bench!
Registration for 2008 will be September 27 9-11 am
Something New! Girls only League Get the girls together for this competitive, learning league. No boys allowed! Saturdays 10 am Grades 3-6 $140 Register Sept 27 9-11 Begins Saturday Dec 6. Volunteer coaches needed.
Basketball for Pre-K 4 & 5 year olds not in kindergarten Do you have a young dribbler at home who can't wait to play? Here's the place for you. Saturdays 9 & 10 am Fee: $85
Girls Basketball Training 1-on-1 or group training
Y Rookies Division Kinder - 2nd grade All children eligible for kindergarten are welcome. Practices, games and team t-shirts. Baskets are lowered to insure success and fun. Volunteer coaches needed. Saturdays December 6 - February 21 2009 $85 Kindergarten times: Saturday 9:00, 1st & 2nd times: Saturday 10:00, 11:00 12:00, 1:00 rotating referee and scoreboard Y Collegiate Division 3rd & 4th grade Stepping it up! Hoops at 9 and 10 feet. Smaller court is used until playoffs then its on to the full court. You'll be ready! Practices, games and team t-shirts. Players placed on teams based on ability. Volunteer coaches needed. Referees and score is kept. Times: Saturday 2:00 or 3:00 rotating December 6 - Feb 28. Elimination playoffs Saturdays 2/28-3/8 $140 Evaluation Days: All Players must attend 1 evaluation day October 28 or October 29 begins 6:00 p.m. 1 hour Practice times to be determined by coaches. Y Collegiate Division 5th, 6th and 7th grade Full court all season . Referees, score and playoffs. Practices, games and team t-shirts. Players placed on teams based on ability. Volunteer coaches needed. Times: Friday 6:30 or 7:30 pm rotating Fridays December 5 - March 6 $140 Evaluation Days: All Players must attend 1 evaluation day October 28 or October 29 begins 7:00 p.m. 1 hour Practice times to be determined by coaches.
