Cardio Center
(Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation)

We are pleased to announce our partnership with the Cardiac Health Center of Morristown Memorial on the institution of the Cardio Center Program. Cardio Center is a Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation Program designed for individuals who have experienced the following:

• A Heart Attack
• Angioplasty
• Bypass Surgery
• Chest Pain/Angina

Hours of Operation
7am - 3 pm (Monday through Saturday)

The Cardio Center Program, through the Morris Center YMCA, looks forward to helping you achieve these benefits:

• Reduce Cholesterol
• Increase Cardio Function
• Increase Bone Density
• Increase Flexibility

All Cardio Center Program participants are required to become Members of the Morris Center YMCA.

In addition, we will be requiring a $15 per month program fee for administrative costs. This fee is to be collected in quarterly payments of $45. Please contact Jeno Rab, Fitness Supervisor for an initial interview at ext. 28.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can reduce muscle tension, increase joint flexibility, and improve your circulation. It is a beneficial and effective method of helping you to relax and soothe away daily stress. Another reason you may seek a Massage Therapist is for the healing properties it possesses. The process of pushing health oxygenated blood back into sore and overworked muscles expedites healing.
